You can send most packaged goods, including documents, electronics, clothing, and non-perishable items. However, hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable foods, and certain restricted items may not be allowed. Always check the courier’s restricted items list before shipping.

Shipping costs are typically based on three main factors: the package’s weight, dimensions (volumetric weight), and the delivery destination. Additional services like insurance, signature on delivery, or express shipping may add to the cost.

Standard ground delivery usually takes 1–7 business days, depending on the distance. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. Urban-to-urban deliveries are often faster, while remote or rural areas may take longer.

International deliveries require a customs declaration form and may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the destination country’s import regulations.

Yes. Most courier companies provide online tracking through a tracking number. Updates typically include pickup confirmation, in-transit status, and delivery confirmation. Some services also offer SMS or email alerts.

If no one is available, the courier may attempt delivery again, leave a pickup notice directing the recipient to the nearest collection point, or—if authorized—leave the package in a safe location.

For fragile shipments, use a sturdy box, bubble wrap or foam padding, and ensure at least 2 inches of cushioning on all sides. Mark the package as “Fragile” and consider using extra insurance for valuable items. Yes. Most companies include a limited coverage (e.g., up to $100 CAD) by default. For higher-value shipments, you can purchase additional insurance to cover the replacement cost.

Ensure the recipient’s full name, street address (including unit or apartment number), city, province, and postal code are clear and correct. Place the shipping label on a flat surface and avoid covering it with tape or wrapping.
